Sales forecasting software predicts which deals will close and what revenue will land, using your CRM history. Brazil Nut AI reads your pipeline, scores every open deal with a win probability, and shows the reasons behind each one. No RevOps hire, no data science team, no CRM migration.
Why sales forecasts are usually wrong
The CRM forecast is rep optimism
It is manual input times a stage percentage. Reps sandbag or over-promise, and the number swings every Friday.
Enterprise tools need RevOps to run them
Clari and Anaplan assume a RevOps function and a rollout. Most teams under 50 reps have neither.
Spreadsheets do not see risk coming
A weighted pipeline in a sheet cannot tell you which deal is about to slip. You find out on the call.
How sales forecasting works
Connect your CRM
Salesforce or HubSpot. Read-only, nothing to migrate.
See what it can forecast
We read your closed deals and tell you if there is enough history for a reliable forecast.
Get a win probability per deal
Plus quarter revenue by segment and rep, and which deals are slipping. Export any of it as CSV.
What we read from your CRM
Read-only. We check this when you connect and tell you what is thin. At least 30 closed deals with an outcome to train, and 100 or more for a forecast worth trusting.
- Opportunities
- Open and closed, with amount, stage and outcome
- Close dates
- Expected on open deals, actual on closed ones
- Created dates
- So the model knows each deal’s age and cycle length
- Owner
- The rep, for per-rep forecasts
- Deal type and source
- Renewal or new business, inbound or outbound, for the segment view
What you get
A win probability on every open deal
Not a stage percentage. A real probability from your own close history.
The reasons behind each one
Deal size, age, cycle length, rep, type and source, ranked per deal.
Quarter revenue by segment and rep
The number you take into a board meeting, broken down.
Which deals are slipping
Flagged before the rep says so on the call.
Sales forecasting without a RevOps team
| Comparison | Brazil Nut AI | The usual way |
|---|---|---|
| First forecast | Same day | A 6-month rollout |
| Who runs it | You | A RevOps or data team |
| Cost | Free forever, then $99/month | $100+/user/month, plus implementation |
| Runs on | Your CRM, read-only | A data warehouse and a migration |
If you have a RevOps team and need to pull in billing, ERP, and support data, or forecast across business units, Clari or Anaplan will fit better. If your forecast lives in your CRM and a spreadsheet today, this is built for you.
Start freeSales forecasting pricing you can actually see
Transparent tiered pricing, right here on the page. Not a “contact us”. Starter is $99/month and Growth is $299/month. Before that there is a free plan, not a free trial: it stays free, takes no credit card, and gives you one model, three model trainings a month and 1,000 predictions.
For comparison, an enterprise platform runs $100 or more per user per month plus a 6-month rollout, and a data-science hire averages $145,852 all in (Built In, 2026).
Try it outWhen your CRM data is too thin for this
- No close dates or outcomes. The model learns from deals that closed won or lost. If that history is not in the CRM, there is nothing to learn from yet.
- Only a handful of closed deals. A forecast needs a track record. Early teams should forecast by hand a while longer.
- Every deal is bespoke. If no two deals look alike, past patterns will not predict the next one.
Sales forecasting software: common questions
What is sales forecasting software?
It reads your CRM pipeline and predicts which deals will close and what revenue will land. It replaces the manual work of tracking stages, close dates, and win probabilities. Brazil Nut AI does this on your existing CRM data, with a reason attached to every deal score, and no data team.
How is this different from the forecast in my CRM?
Your CRM forecast is rep input times a fixed stage percentage. It moves every time a rep updates a deal. Brazil Nut AI learns from how your deals have actually closed, by size, age, cycle length, rep and source, and gives each open deal a win probability with the factors behind it.
How accurate is AI sales forecasting?
It depends on how much closed-deal history you have and how consistently your team uses the CRM. Rather than quote a number, every model is cross-validated on your own closed deals and shows its accuracy and AUC before you score a single open deal, on the free plan, before you pay anything.
How do I create a sales forecast in Excel?
Export your pipeline, weight each deal by a stage percentage, and sum it. It works as a starting point. It does not update as deals move, it has no real win probability, and it breaks once your pipeline is bigger than one person can hold in their head.
What is the difference between sales forecasting and revenue forecasting?
Sales forecasting predicts what your pipeline will close. Revenue forecasting is broader: it adds renewals, expansion, churn, and sometimes non-sales revenue. Brazil Nut AI forecasts the sales pipeline and feeds the revenue number, it does not replace a full financial model.
How many closed deals do I need?
At least 30 with a won or lost outcome, and 100 or more for a forecast worth trusting. The data check tells you which side you are on when you connect: under 30 it will not train, and between 30 and 100 it trains and tells you the forecast is thin.
What CRMs do you connect to?
Salesforce and HubSpot, read-only. More are being added. If your CRM is not supported yet, you can upload a pipeline export and forecast from that.
Do I need a data scientist or a RevOps team?
No. Brazil Nut AI is built for the person who owns the number, usually a founder or a head of sales. You connect the CRM and it handles the modeling. A data-science hire averages $145,852 all in (Built In, 2026). The free plan costs nothing, permanently.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You own it. Export your forecasts anytime. If you cancel, the CRM connection is removed and your forecast history is deleted within 30 days, or right away if you ask. No lock-in.
Can I cancel easily?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings, no phone call. The free plan takes no credit card and never expires, so there is nothing to cancel if it is not for you.
Forecasting something else
Same platform, same data check, different question: demand forecasting software predicts units per product from your sales history, and churn prediction software scores your customers for cancellation risk.
